Plans and Entitlements

Your site's active license determines which paid actions are available. The feature panel shows an upgrade or unavailable message when you cannot use an action.

Check a locked feature

Confirm you are signed in with the WordPress account allowed to manage that feature.
Read the panel's message to distinguish a paid feature from an unavailable connection.
For a managed service, check the Hub connection belongs to the expected account and license.
If the license appears wrong, send support the redacted configuration report, not your license key.

For example, a working Hub connection does not by itself unlock an audit-export destination. Check the export panel's entitlement before entering provider settings.

Core protection and paid actions

Authenticator enrollment and recovery form the core account-security workflow. Features such as customer convenience, role enforcement, extended reporting, export destinations, and incident-response actions can require a paid entitlement. Check the specific panel before changing your rollout; do not assume every account or connected site has the same access.

Storage used

The storage figure measures the logical, uncompressed size of retained content for your account. It counts that content in full even when underlying storage compresses or shares bytes.

Usage is measured daily, so deletion does not immediately change the displayed figure. Partial or failed captures do not count as completed captures. The view shows logical usage and quota, rather than physical provider storage. Storage usage is a product measure, not a separate usage-meter charge.
